Custom-made gives you full freedom of choices. Fitting, colors, materials, add-ons, and accessories that can be completely customized to create a unique, hand-crafted garment.

CUSTOM FIT

Everyone has unique body proportions and different fitting requirements. Get measured and have your favorite garment reshaped in made to measure size. In addition to improving performance and riding pleasure, the enhanced comfort and freedom of movement of a tailored suit allows for greater concentration and therefore increased active safety. That’s why it is so important that your motorcycle clothing is specially designed to fit you and your individual body.

For nearly every part, you can choose from numerous color options. You can individually select your desired combination from a color palette of 16 colors. Match the colors to your sliders, accessories and motorcycle.

Our Custom-Made team provides assistance, details, and recommendations on every step to ensure safety, fit, and design.

After you have completed your design, filled in your details and submitted it, one of our Custom Works Specialists will review your design. Following our review we will email you with an order confirmation for you to accept and the final terms and conditions.

Design

Unleash your creativity with the help of our specialists, design your own racing suit, choosing the colors, accessories, and add-ons to create a garment that is uniquely yours.

BODY MEASUREMENTS

This part comes from the years of experience and knows how to interpret the 31 measurements taken according to the guidelines. Our expert will analyze these measurements of your unique body shape and customize the garment to your proportions.

Materials

The components of your garments are created based on your selection – The Leather, Textile, Colors, Accessories, and add-ons.

Processing

The information collected is processed and verified if required by the Design & Development center to create your ideal Custom-Made garment.

Production

Once an order is created and the garment is approved, a team of specialists (pattern, cutting, printing, and stitching) hand-craft and transform your ideal design into an extraordinary creation.

Quality Check

Once completed, the end result (suit) is passed to the technical inspector who will make sure all the seams are properly done, all logos are properly attached, and all the colors correct. The suit will also be cleaned and conditioned before wrapping in protective packing for shipping.

Delivery

Before dispatching final images of the creation sent to verify that every aspect is to your personal satisfaction. An After-sales process begins in case the suit does not appear to fit properly and may need adjustments.
